Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–5 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
Please note: Processing times may be slightly extended during peak seasons, holidays, or promotional periods.
Shipping Fee & Free Shipping
A flat shipping fee of $10.00 USD applies to all orders.
✈️ Free Shipping on orders $99+
All international orders with a final order value of $99.00 USD or above qualify for complimentary shipping — no coupon needed, applied automatically at checkout.
Taxes & Import Duties
The price you pay at checkout is your final order total. We do not charge any additional fees on our end.
However, if the destination country adjusts its customs or import duty policies after your order has been placed — circumstances entirely beyond our control — any resulting charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer. The EZ Body will not cover or reimburse any such duties or taxes.
Tip: We recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing an order to avoid unexpected charges upon delivery.
Incorrect Shipping Address
If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, we are unable to offer a refund for the order.
We are happy to assist with reshipping to the correct address. However, any additional shipping or handling fees incurred will be the customer's responsibility and must be settled before the reshipment is arranged.
Please double-check your shipping address carefully before completing your order.
